Whether you’re coming alone or as a couple, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental place where you can be your true, unfiltered self. Through compassionate listening and respectful curiosity I will help you feel truly understood and seen so you may find the clarity of mind to heal and grow.

You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself or need to commit to long term therapy to talk. I’ll walk alongside you – without blame or shame and with a gentle and steady pace for a single session or for as many as you need to match your pace.

Free

Special rates for firefighters in recognition of their service and the unique stressors they face.

* As a tribute to my late father’s legacy of 6 decades of volunteering for the firefighter service, I am offering free counselling sessions to firefighters. Firefighters face immense pressure, witnessing trauma and carrying burdens that few can truly understand. This is a space where they can process their experiences, find support, and prioritize their mental well-being—because those who dedicate their lives to saving others also deserve to be taken care of and supported in whatever way we can.
